After reel-release the Web, double side Flexo printing, cross cut to single sheet, counting and stratifying, auto covering, wire stitching, folding, back planning, cross cutting, book cutting, book turning, then comes out the finished product of notebook. It can print double side one color with two rolls, or print double side double color on on one roll while the other roll is white. Two cover feeders can feed two covers at same time or to feed in turn. This line is ideal machine for producing wire side stitching notebook.
