Product Description
Based on our Flexo wire side—stitching line and absorbed foreign machine'S advanced technology Lanbao company developed a new LYRDT-T-1000 Flexo cross carriage wire side—stitching line．After reel—release the web by Auto splicer，2+2 Flexo printing，Rotary punch hole(option)，cross micro perforation(option)，cross cut to single sheet，counting and stratifying，auto covering，cross carriage,wire stitching，folding，back planning，cross cutting，book separating or go into double delivery unit(option)，then comes out the finished product of notebook．
The multi functional machine have many options：use 2+2 Flexo printing or doctor blade system printing，feed top cover and bottom cover at the same time or feed in turn which controlled by PLC，cross carriage for wire stitching or go into double delivery unit．So it not only can fully automatically produce stitched book but also make some special products．
The Auto splicer and double delivery unit make the machine has truly Non——stop production．
The main key parts of this machine are imported from foreign specialist manufacturers; the electrical apparatus control system used the advanced Fieldbus Control System and data communication interface．The PLC centralized control system ensured each part of the machine working harmoniously．
